When a young woman goes missing and no one seems to be connected enough to report this and then a torso ends up in a river in Spokane Washington she is named Millie Doe in a heartbreaking but beautiful event. Hear how it takes over 4 decades to get enough information to give Ruth her name back. But who killed her? The Spokane PD has a very strong suspect but they can use more information.
